Choose the PMUT frequency family your system needs

A commercial PMUT platform page for ultrasound manufacturers. Start with the acoustic range, then specify the array architecture, element count, delivery format and expected production volume. 25FAB supports engineering samples, pilot wafer programs and recurring wafer-level supply.

From die-level samples to recurring wafer supply

Designed for OEM engagement rather than complete ultrasound-system sales.

Commercial product selection

Five PMUT frequency families from 1–60 MHz

Select the closest commercial range first. Final center frequency, bandwidth, array geometry, pitch, aperture and delivery format are then engineered around the OEM specification.

1–60 MHz

25FAB presents the PMUT portfolio as five clear commercial frequency families. The ranges are product-selection windows, not a claim that a single device operates flat across the complete span. Final center frequency, bandwidth, geometry and array architecture are engineered around the customer requirement.

Frequency ranges are commercial design families. Final device bandwidth, output, sensitivity, impedance, pitch, aperture and array architecture depend on the agreed customer specification and engineering review.
Configure the array

Specify the chip, not an entire ultrasound machine

25FAB is positioned as the transducer-chip and wafer partner. OEM electronics, beamforming, software and regulatory integration remain with the system manufacturer unless separately agreed.

How to order

A simple OEM RFQ path

Customers should be able to understand the commercial process in less than one minute.

1Choose frequencySelect the closest commercial family or request a custom / broadband program.
2Define arraySpecify architecture, element count, pitch, aperture and target die envelope.
3Choose deliveryDiced die, engineering wafer, full wafer or recurring wafer-level supply.
4Send volumeProvide prototype quantity, expected lot size / annual volume and target delivery date.
Supply model

Prototype, pilot and volume production

The commercial page makes the supply route explicit so procurement teams know what to ask for.

Engineering & pilot orders

  • Custom frequency and array review
  • Engineering dies or wafer-level samples
  • Design iteration against agreed targets
  • Characterisation scope agreed per project

Large-volume / recurring orders

  • Dedicated wafer-based supply planning
  • 8-inch scale-up route
  • Lot and annual-volume planning
  • Recurring manufacturing and delivery schedule
For volume enquiries, include forecast information from the first RFQ.Recommended: expected annual demand, preferred wafer / die delivery format, target qualification date and desired production start. This lets 25FAB discuss a production route instead of treating the request as a laboratory sample order.

Need a PMUT frequency that is not listed?

Send the center frequency, bandwidth, array type, element count, application, prototype quantity and expected annual volume. Custom and dual-frequency programs can be reviewed.
