Zurich, Switzerland – December 4, 2025 – 25FAB GmbH announces that its new-generation SiC/LiNbO₃ thin-film composite wafers have entered stable volume production and are now available to global customers. Using proprietary ultra-high-vacuum room-temperature surface-activated bonding technology, the material perfectly integrates ultra-high-velocity SiC with ultra-high-coupling LiNbO₃, delivering a landmark performance leap for high-frequency surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices.

• Bond interface strength > 10 MPa with zero delamination or thermal mismatch
